Dances with Wolves meets MacGyver in this present day story of a lone warrior feverishly trying to escape the callous conditions of civilization for the innocence of the Alaskan territory, but "they keep pulling him back in." The Inuit have named him, AMAROK, a gigantic wolf from mythology; said to hunt down and devour anyone foolish enough to hunt alone at night. Being more at home with wolves, than mankind, he is hurled into action when aerial trophy hunters invade and injure his pack mate, ALLIE, an exceptionally stunning Alaskan Timber wolf he rescued and hand raised. Living up to his nickname, Amarok maneuver's and exterminates these ruthless predators one by one, inadvertently rousing from hibernation a political machine that rallies against him.

SHADOWLAND highlights the analogous relationship between mankind and wolf, our kindred species. Our story follows GARRETT ALEXANDER, a disillusioned award winning photo journalist who retreats from the hypocrisy, indifference, and isolation of the big city in search of humanity and depth in small town America. After his motorcycle breaks down, he meets a woman, her son and an injured wolf and recovers something he had no idea he had lost.

–  ME & MY SHADOW  –

On September 16, 2008, the day before PAUL PONDELLA'S 49TH birthday, SHADOW, his 3 year old black Alaskan Timber wolf he waited 5 years to procure and hand raised from 19 days old was diagnosed with a fast growing soft tissue sarcoma originating in the sinuses, invading her skull and right eye; no treatment was recommended, only a death sentence, one-two months max. Paul's girlfriend, COLETTE DUVALL believing that there is a universal antidote to every condition in the universe set out to find an alternative cure. ME & MY SHADOW inspirationally exposes and illuminates how faith and modern medicine can work hand in hand; basically, Reality meets "The Secret". Any thoughts of losing her were unacceptable, Life was our only mission. Unlike most, this has a happy ending. Our proof; Shadow is well on her way to a speedy recovery over one year, a book and 13 hours of documented footage later.
